Ktar ( err.. Cooking Management Class )

I really cant remember what is the course call at this very moment... jialat man... hospitality management, hotel management... i cant recall!! hahahahha...

anyway, got an invitation ( have to pay ) to go and try out the students cooking skills... So me and my partner, mr. Shawn Ong headed over to Ktar for a christmas lunch...... let the picture speaks for itself... :)

Starter, bread with seafood chowder... The bread was fluffy! thumbs up!
THis is...err... fish with vercimelli i think.... it was average... so so.. the presentation was all right, but not atttttractive enough for me...
This is really awful.. the presentation... if im the lecturer, they can forget about the score of it... the bread was awful.. with the colourless vegetable... my goodness.... 0!
Okay, now, this is actually pasta+cheese+chicken chop+ vegetables and it comes with mushroom sauce. I dont take cheese, so i cant comment much, but for other's esp the presentation, Average :) cant expect much, can we?

Desert!! chocolate cake, tasty, Yum! but still i dont take cream, overally, A+ !

Burrrpp..... it was overall satisfactory, but it is a little bit pricey, given the chance, i probably will still go. If i have enough cash money. hehe
